How to subscribe, connect SimpleFeed in Antigravity, and search rights-cleared news and video content.

What is SimpleFeed MCP?

SimpleFeed MCP lets Antigravity search hundreds of publisher catalogs for news articles and video. Antigravity is Google's agentic IDE (an analog of Cursor, not Claude Desktop). You subscribe on AWS Marketplace, complete a short registration, link your account once, then add SimpleFeed as a custom remote MCP server. Billing stays on Marketplace - Antigravity does not charge you for SimpleFeed.

Connect in Antigravity (5 steps)

  1. Subscribe on AWS Marketplace using the button for your plan (Free or Paid) above.
  2. Register - open the link AWS sends you after purchase. You receive an API key on the success page.
  3. Link your account - on that same page, open the How to use (OAuth) tab, create a login or sign in with your existing email and password, and confirm linking. Use the same email you will use in Antigravity.
  4. Add a custom MCP server - Google's MCP Store is curated, and SimpleFeed is not listed there. Add a custom remote server instead. Open Settings → Customizations → Installed MCP Servers, then Manage or View raw config. You can also open … → MCP Servers in the IDE agent panel. Config files: ~/.gemini/config/mcp_config.json (global) or .agents/mcp_config.json (workspace). The remote field must be serverUrl (not url or httpUrl). Use the MCP URL for your plan (see above):

  5. Authenticate - if Antigravity prompts you, complete sign-in with the same email and password you linked on the registration page. Antigravity supports Dynamic Client Registration (DCR). The official OAuth redirect is https://antigravity.google/oauth-callback. You do not need to paste your API key into Antigravity for OAuth.
One account for Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and Antigravity. Link once on the registration page. The same email and password work in all supported apps. After connecting, copy one of these prompts into Antigravity:

Show me which news publisher catalogs I can search.
Search for recent articles about renewable energy policy in the United States. Return up to 5 results with titles and summaries.
Find sports news from the last 3 days that mentions the NFL playoffs. Limit to 10 articles.
